01-2008 - Integer win Siemens Vending Partner Award
We are pleased to announce that Integer (VBD) Ltd, Vendia’s operating subsidiary covering the Midlands, have been awarded winners of the latest Siemens Vending “Partner of the Quarter” award. The judging panel concluded that they had shown “outstanding product innovation”, as a result of their machines offering Vendia’s premium quality, ethically traded range of hot drinks from its Café Joe brand.
Since its creation in 1990 Integer (VBD) Ltd has always been innovative, creative and one of the most dynamic service company’s in the vending industry. Their reputation is based on reliability, equipment performance and, most importantly, the quality of the ingredients which go into their machines, with Café Joe being evidence of this.
95% of drinks within the range carry the Fairtrade branding, with the ingredients sourced from the best producers and suppliers across the globe. As a result, customers who buy into the Café Joe culture can receive a top quality range of coffee, tea and hot chocolate from out of a machine.
Furthermore, state of the art equipment with modern graphics provides excellent point of sale material. Aside from Café Joe designed cups, storyboards located next to the machines educate customers on the origins of the ingredients. Indeed, each product has its own graphical representation, with Mombasa Joe being one of the tea options on offer.
This unique selling point has proved to be extremely popular, with Integer seeing a significant increase in the number of machine placements as a result of improving the service standards they offer their customers.
